Regrettably, it seems that my corpse will still be one of the only wheelchair-accessible places in Japan.

Maybe this is a Lavatory for the dead? but the English on the tombstone kinda ruins that theory.

I have nothing inspiring to say tonight. All I’ve got is: HAHAHAHA.

It’s Boozeday, and I may be a bit squiffy.

You’re allowed a free pass on Boozeday. Anyway you’ve contributed the word ’squiffy’ to our discourse, so Ben is pleased. Now drink yourself silly! You can blog when you’re dead.

errr, okay, this isn’t a case of japanese people not knowing english- it says “lavatory” in japanese. otearai [transcript of the japanese] = toilet.

You’re absolutely right Mr. Orange. This is actually a case of us purposely misunderstanding a sign in a hopefully humorous way. “Funny Japanese English” was the least inappropriate category that we could find. Thanks for the feedback!
